[dvd::rip] RFE - ripping from existing VOB on HD

Hi,

I think it would be very useful to be able to rip
from unencrypted VOB from other source than the DVD
(from my harddrive for example).    I don't know how
feasable this is, but I have some VOB that I would like
to convert using transcode which I can do it manually but I like
having the GUI to select the crop/resize options in dvd::rip.

You have to take into account that there could be multiple VOBs
in the directory.  So it's maybe gonna be a problem to predict the
length of the total movie, altough one could check the IFO file if
it was copied with the VOBs, etc...
