I haven't noticed one, but I haven't played but a small 3-minute VCD
that I created. I've been working more on creating the VCD format mpeg
files than burning them and trying them in my DVD player. I try them
in mplayer and xine and figure as long as the bitrate is VCD spec as
well as audio samplerate then I should be OK. I do have a 10-minute
clip from a movie that I am burning to a VCD right now, so I'll check
that out tonight on my DVD player. It is VCD format but 48000hz audio
samplerate (which my DVD player will play although I believe it is out
of VCD spec. It is the first time I've tried a 16:9 source as well,
the first 3-minute VCD I made was 4:3. So, I'll see how that turns
out later.

Chris
