[dvd::rip] suggestions for resizing/cropping GUI

I like the way it's implemented in xmpeg (modifed version
of flaskmpeg).  Take a look at some screenshots to get
some ideas on how we could do it in dvdrip:

The most important part is that it will not let you have
the wrong aspect ratio since it's "locked" which is
the first mistake a lot of people do.  I see a lot of rip
with the wrong aspect ratio where circles aren't circles
anymore or faces are streched.

Your kspread sheet help in the meantime, but this is eventually
I think the goal we want to achieve ;)
