No progress bar with transcode 0.5.3 (was: Re: [dvd::rip] New release 0.30)

Yes, the ripping progress bar is officially disabled for transcode 
0.5.3, because this version gives not enough information for calculating
the ripping progress. You'll see only the elapsed time and "still alive"
marks in the logfile.
