[dvd::rip] Show commands for Subtitlerip, subvop creation fails on FAT

Hi,

in the "Show transcode commands" windows, the lines for subtitle2vobsub do
not appear, which is a pity because they are rather long when trying to
create vobsubs for splitted AVIs. 

I know this isn't easy because the position isn't clear until the file is
really split up, but maybe a template or so would be possible, so you 
just have to insert the timecode yourself?

Also, I noticed that vobsub creation fails when the ripped ISO file is on
a fat partition, because then the chmod command fails, see error message
below.
