[dvd::rip] question about forced subtitles

I'm sorry if the question has allready been asked (I didn't find anything
about it ...)

Is there a way to get only the forced subtitles ?
To be more precise, I've got a movie here, where a subtitle stream has got
some subtitles tagged as forced, to be displayed only when the actors speak a
foreign language.
