[dvd::rip] my fix to libdvdread problem

Hi all, 

   After having problems trying to compile transcoder, even with a libdvdread 
package installed, i tried to find some help on the net, including this mailing 
list, but alas.. Anyways, looking at the output of transcoder's configure 
script, i noticed it was looking for header files for dvdread. I installed a 
libdvdread3-devel package it compiled fine, and dvd::rip was now able to read 
the my dvd's TOC.
