Obvious ;) I thought about dropping the whole feature, since there are
so many good burning programs out there and I think not many users use
dvd::rip's burning facility, because it's so simple. Only if you like to
get (S)VCD images it's of some help, but (S)VCD gets more unpopular
these days as well...
I don't know emovix in detail and how much effort it would be to
integrate it into dvd::rip. Can you point me to some documentation?
At any rate dvd::rip integration of DVD 9->5 capabilities and
rudimentary DVD authoring is more important for me... ;)

You're welcome! Some time ago I had an announcement from a greek guy to
do the translation, but unfortunataly it was only an announcement... ;)
Just subscribe to dvdrip-lang and send patches. You find the neccessary
information in the file l10n/README.
