I have once or twice, but have never really found one produced even
similar results to what I do manually.

For example, I have a title I am trying to rip currently. It would
appear that to exactly eliminate the top and bottom black borders, I
need to clip at top=58, bottom=62. After the first clipping it is
720x360, Eff. ratio: 1.5, phys. ratio: (phys). 2nd clipping is none at
all, and after zoom and 2nd clipping, the results are 720x304, Eff.
ratio: 16x9, phys. ratio 2.36.

I could not seem to find a preset that eliminated the black bars
complete and maintained the width at 720 pixels. Maybe my expectations
are wrong.

Any reason it would not also be part of all of the autoadjust presets?
I mean ideally do you not want to eliminate all (or as close as you can
to all in the case of fast resize) of the black borders in the first
clipping? Why resize black pixels only to eliminate them in the second
clipping?
