I had originally had that set, but reading various docs describing this
problem in relation to that setting, I unset it. I have just checked,
and I get the same error with Workaround NPTL on and off. The version is
2.4.30. Could this be related to having glibc compiled not only with
NPTL, but without linuxthreads to fall back upon? The only box I have to
test at the moment is running very a bleeding edge configuration with
only an NPTL compile of glibc.
If this is a result of NPTL-only glibc compile, what needs to be done to
resolve this bug once and for all, making dvd::rip NPTL compatible? I
would be willing to look into it, although it may be beyond my expertise.
