[dvd::rip] locale problem

Hi,

Normally I start dvdrip with "LANG=C dvdrip" because the windows is to
big with strings in French.

Since (when, I don't know) this doesn't work. I still have the menu in
French without French Characters.

Somebody can reproduce this feature ?
