[dvd::rip] cdrecord settings for kernel 2.6.x

Subject: [dvd::rip] cdrecord settings for kernel 2.6.x

Hi,
 Installed dvdrip and transcode from deb on amd64, and now everything
seems to be found correctly (no problems with failed dependencies). Thank
you whoever fixed it!

A quick question about the cdrecord settings. I'm using a 2.6 kernel which
no longer needs scsi emulation. cdrecord finds the drive and gives it
device name: ATA:0,0,0.
I've set /etc/default/cdrecord thussly:

CDR_DEVICE=cdrw
cdrw=ATA:0,0,0  48      4m

(slightly concerned about the fifo size which is much smaller than the
examples in the documentation, but a google on my pioneer 'DVD-RW DVR-109'
indicates that this is the correct value - perhaps someone can corroberate
this)

The question is what I should enter in the dvd::rip configuration box.

is 0,0,0 enough, or is there a way of indicating that this is a ATA device?

Thanks

Marius
