[dvd::rip] getting dvdrip to create one ogm file for all chapters

I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly, so I need to ask.

When I'm ripping a dvd, it creates a sinlge ogm file for each chapter
in the title (eg. Crash-001-C002.ogm,Crash-001-C003.ogm, etc) . I'm
wondering if this is correct because I'm expecting all chapters to be
in one ogm file?

If this is correct in what it's doing, is it possible for it just
create a single ogm file containing all chapters?
