When selecting the title from the TOC you can decide how dvd::rip should
handle that by defining the "Chapter mode":
none no chapter-wise processing, the title and it's chapters
are transcoded into one big file (obviously what you want)
all chapter-wise processing, one file per chapter
(obviously what you selected ;)
select same as all, but you can manually select the chapters you want
Please note that need to rip the movie again if you change the chapter
mode.
But now you can use the command line program 'ogmcat' to merge all your
chapter files together:
ogmcat -o bigfile.ogm Crash-001-C001.ogm Crash-001-C002.ogm ...
