AFAIK transcode doesn't support theora at all. The manpage doesn't 
mention it, there is no export_theora.so module and the INSTALL document
says just this about --enable-theora:

  --enable-theora (disabled)
    build with support for importing theora audio

What's "theora audio"? Isn't it just vorbis? Strange...
