I read the support-page and here are all the informatons:

1. A description of how the bug can be reproduced:
I really can't tell. Everything was fine before the system-update.

2.Information about your Linux installation, in particular which
distribution/version you are using:
I'm using Gentoo Linux 2005.1 with the latest testing-packages
(system-update yesterday)

3. Exact versions of all affected packages
dvdrip: 0.97.2
transcode: 0.6.14-r3
ImageMagick: 6.2.5.2
xvid4conf: 1.12
rar: 3.4.1
mplayer: 1.0_pre7-r1
ogmtools: 1.5
dvdxchap: 1.5
mjpegtools: 1.8.0
cdrdao: 1.2.0
vcdimager: 0.7.22
xine: 1.1.0

perl: 5.8.7
gtk-perl: 0.7009
gtk2-perl: 1.081

4. Information about usage of binary packages or self compiled packages
All packages have been taken from gentoo portage.

5. add the output of "perl -V".
