[dvd::rip] Poll: How do you install dvd::rip?

Hiho,

although Benjamins "Quality issues" posting's style was dubious: it 
raises the question how difficult is it really to install dvd::rip.

As a Debian user it's easy, if you use Christian Marillat's repository.
And Jonathan wrote with FC4 and yum it's easy too, if you use the right
sources. I know Mandriva users have good packages provided by Götz 
Waschk. This list goes on, I just named a few, but also I don't know 
all.

So we learn: installing dvd::rip is easy if you use the right tools, but
the dvd::rip installation documentation is probably not complete resp. 
up-to-date here.

So please tell me which distro do you use, which tools to install 
dvd::rip resp. which download sites / repositories do you prefer and 
which experiences do you have.

At first I like to do this simple poll in the mailing list. Depending 
how good the results are I plan to add an according polling module to 
the website, so the corresponding records can be maintained by the 
community. This increases the chance, that the information is correct.
