Hi there,
I'm using CentOS 3 (RHEL 3 Clone for free, see www.centos.org), yum package
management and mainly the repository of Dag Wieers
(http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/).
dvd::rip installs without any problems using this repository, but these
packages - which seem to be built mostly via automatic processes (at least
I hope that it's done this way for Dag's sake) - do not contain the newer
builts of transcode for RHEL3, therefor I'm still using dvd::rip 0.50.18. I
think that if I would use something like FC4, I'd be up to date...
...anyway, these versions do work for me and I'm very pleased with this
software and the support from this list. Please keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Jan
