This is a more measured statement but does make one clear assumption that
Linux is going head to head against Bill and his corporation - I dont believe
that to be the case.
I am a newbie to Linux and dvd::rip and have been delighted by the help from
the community from many different areas when I have posted a "problem".
In my opinion this would change out of all recognition if Linux went this way.
I use Mandrake 10.1 which is the most user friendly - newbie user !- according
to most opinions I have read about various distros, but I can enjoy using my
operating system to get what I want not what Windoze says I can do !
