Great.
Then please let me ask for a couple of other features:

1. Simplier presets for Clip&Zoom for most used stuff, like
- 4:3 movies that fill the whole picture (no letterboxing): scale 5:4
to 4:3 (with maybve three different default sizes)
- 16:9 movies that fill the whole picture (again no letterboxing): scale
5:4 to 16:9
- 16:9 movies that are letterboxed: scale 5:4 to 4:3 and cut away some
of the black bars
- 2.35 movies that are letterboxed: scale 5:4 to 16:9 and cut away some
of the black bars

The autodetection doesn't always work for me: If I use the
"Autoadjust, Medium Frame Size, Fast Resize" on a DVD, I get 624x480
for on title, 624x464 for another and only once 640x480. So I started
using my fixed scaling, but presets would be nice.

2. VBR-MP3. The current transcode (I'm using 1.0.1) seems to handle
VBR-MP3 just fine:
$ tcprobe -i vbr_testclip.avi
[tcprobe] RIFF data, AVI video
[avilib] V: 25.000 fps, codec=XVID, frames=824, width=720, height=576
[avilib] A: 48000 Hz, format=0x55, bits=16, channels=2, bitrate=160
kbps,
[avilib] 1363 chunks, 793536 bytes, VBR

3. Presets for destination-size, BPP or kBit/s as well as audio-quality
etc. It is really somewhat frustrating to change those parameters
everytime I open a new project (I'm ripping some of my series, so there
are quite a few projects...)

4. Thanks for dvd::rip! :)
