[dvd::rip] Cluster mode transcode install ?

Subject: [dvd::rip] Cluster mode transcode install ?

Hi !

I try to set up a cluster of debian machines for some video compressing
using dvd::rip.
I run the master control script and the gui on a debian etch gnome
desktop. It works fine.
I installed transcode on another debian sarge machine (apt-get install
transcode) and get the following error if I try to use the node:

[transcode] V: video buffer | 10 @ 720x576
[import_vob.so] v0.6.0 (2003-10-02) (video) MPEG-2 | (audio) MPEG/AC3/PCM
| (subtitle)
[transcode] warning : /usr/lib/transcode/export_divx4.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
[transcode] warning : (dl_loader.c) loading
"/usr/lib/transcode/export_divx4.so" failed
[transcode] warning : (encoder.c) loading video export module failed
[transcode] warning : failed to init export modules
[transcode] critical: plug-in initialization failed

Anyone know why that is ? The apt-source is "deb
ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat sarge main"

Also: the master control script seems to not like the fact that are two
different versions of transcode in the cluster, i.e. 0.6 from sarge and
1.x from etch. Is that a problem ?

Thanks for your help,
Karl
