[dvd::rip] pack all subtitles into one .sub

Hi Joern !

I have a question, hope you can help me:

I see that all subtitles are ripped from the dvd into the subtitles
folder. Could you give me a commandline for packing all subtitles into
one .sub file for vobsub ? And how do i create the other two files ?

Its for a one-file rip so no splitting required.
