[dvd::rip] Multiple audio tracks

Hi
If I try to encode an avi with two audio-tracks, dvd::rip 0.97.6 is not
able to finish merging the audio-streams, it just gets stuck at 3/4.
There are no errors on the console, transcode-processes are there but
seem to do nothing. It might be a problem with transcode (running
1.0.1), but I'm not entirely sure.

BTW: If I finish ripping all the chapters I want, I get an empty
notification-window. Not really useful, since everything went fine :)
