Upgraded to 1.0.2, dvd::rip hangs forever at ~98%, merging the audio.
I also experience some problems with ripping NTSC-DVDs, they rip fine
but then dvd::rip hangs while fetching the preview-image, no way of
getting out of there. If I abort, dvd::rip doesn't recognize the track
as ripped.

Sorry, that window doesn't appear after ripping the chapter, but
reading in the chapters that are on the DVD.
