[dvd::rip] problems: subtitles sync, grab preview images

Hi,
I'm curently grabing a loong movie on 2 DVDs.
The first DVD worked perfectly. (rendered subtitles)
But the second DVD makes problems...
Rip works.
But then grab frame doesn't...
Any frame beyond 25 doesn't work, and even below 25 it takes long time
till it gets the black picture (first seconds of the movie are black).
So when I try to grab frame (i.e. 2000) he work about 2 minutes on 100%
procesor time, and then "transcode can't find this frame.".

Well ok, I can manualy set cliping and then transcode of whole movie
works...

But when I want subtitles:
Grabing of preview subtitles - no problem. But they begin at movie time
46:42:08!!(?)
And by any settings they don't render into the movie. I tryed even 16,8
milion ms time shift (thats 46:42 hours) with positive and negative
value, but subtitles still hide form me. :(
Subtitles of all languages have the same time value...

Please...
give me a clue...
