subtitle2pgm generates an .srtx index file already. Either it needs to
be extended to present the forced flag as well, or an extra file is
generated for this, if we don't want to pollute the .srtx format.
Interpreting the index file(s) and the forced flag is up to dvd::rip,
you don't have to care about that ;)
