I don't think it's really "special", but you have to make your codec 
choice for each audio track ;) Select one-by-one using the "Select 
track" popup menu, switch to Vorbis and make your settings. There is no
"use these settings for all tracks" feature, you can (and have to) make
the settings for each track separately.

Integrating the new execution engine into the cluster mode is a bit more
complicated than I thought (as always ;), and my job and some other 
projects need my attention. But I'm still working on it, stay tuned.
