[dvd::rip] problem with forced subtitles

I've found a thread about forced subtitles and a patch regarding extsub.
Unfortunately that doesn't work for me. As I am no expert please help me.
How can I transcode using forced subtitles. Is there any server where I
can download a version of extsub/transcode already patched?
