[dvd::rip] Transcoding never ends (> 500% !)

Hello,

I was testing encoding settings with a small track (~ 1 min).  Upon
getting the results I wanted, I decided to start encoding the main
track (~ 1 hour 40 min).

Now the transcoding seems to never end, it has been going on for more
than 11 hours now, and the percentage of progress is over 500 %, with
ETA -9 hours.

I hace seen the persentage of progress going over 100 % before (say
about 110 %), but the transcoding always stopped at some point close
to 100 %.

So I am thinking something may be wrong, although looking at the FAQ
and the documentation didn't answer my question.

Is this normal behavior for dvd::rip / transcode ?  I have used the
program before, but I wouldn't consider myself an experienced user.
