[dvd::rip] libdl.so.2

Subject: [dvd::rip] libdl.so.2

Hi

I'm using fedora core 5 64-bit. I downloaded dvd::rip with the latest core 5 rpms available, and it installed fine. I have all the packages required. However, when I tried to rip a DVD, it gave me this error:

Error compiling lsdvd output: syntax error at (eval 86) line 115, at EOF

So I selected the option to "work around errors", or something. When I tried to rip again, it gave me this new error:

Job 'Reading TOC' failed.

Executed command: dvdrip-exec lsdvd -a -n -c -s -v -Op /dev/dvd 2>/dev/null && echo DVDRIP_SUCCESS

Last output was:

sh: error while loading shared libraries: libdl.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Now I searched my computer and found that I *do* have libdl.so.2, in my /lib and /lib64 directories. Is dvd::rip expecting them to be somewhere else?

If so, do I need to create a link using "ln", and if so, where to? And, how would I do that?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, what does this mean:
"cdrecord device (n,n,n or filename): 0,X,0 has not format n,n,n and is no file : NOT Ok"

Thank you
