Please consider that I manage the dvd::rip project including end user
support in my spare time. I read your postings and I pushed them to my
TODO queue. I answered immediately to the other thread you mentioned,
because a solution to a problem was provided and I was interested in it.
That mail took me seconds, while analyzing your problem most likely will
take a bit longer ;)
I know transcode has problems with directory input on some platforms and
Francesco (-> transcode developer) is working on a solution already,
resp. he sent me a patch to test, but unfortunately I had no time for it
it yet as well :(
So please be patient, in general each request is answered, unless it's
really a "stupid" question covered by the FAQ or lacks any important
information requested on the bug-reporting page.
