Subject: [dvd::rip] vob directory problem.

Hi .

run Environment :

Program Version

-------------------------------

kernel 2.6.12

dvd::rip 0.97.10

transcode 1.0.2

ImageMagick 6.2.4

xvid4conf 1.12

subtitle2pgm 0.4

lsdvd 0.15

rar 2.90

mplayer not installed

ogmtools 1.5

dvdxchap 1.5

mjpegtools 1.8.0

cdrdao 1.2.0

vcdimager 0.7.23

mkisofs 2.01.01

cdrecord 2.01.01

dvdrecord 0.2.1

xine 0.99.4

fping not installed

-------------------------------

problem:

i succesfully rip a chapter of a dvd to my hard disk ( it does not matter if
it is

a chapter or all the dvd...then the error is the same)

then dvdrip succesfully clip the frames to resize and the volume adjusting
function

when i try to transcode with a single pass then the job immediately ends..

if i try to transcode with two pass ,then the first pass runs fine, but the
second

again immediately ends...so the problem seems to be the final pass.

to further debug i cut and paste the dvdrip log to a linux konsole and i
execute

the job....(see JOBLOG1),then i rerun the job specifying the filename at
the -i

parameter and not only the input directory and all works fine.

please can you help me providing a patch to fix the problem ?

thanks in advance for your help

Maurizio
