This indicates you actually didn't rip the DVD to harddisk, but using
either DVD on-the-fly ripping, or access a previously ripped DVD image
on harddisk. Both modes doesn't support PSU core. You can simply switch
it off on the "transcode" page, but aware that A/V sync issues may come
up, in particular with NTSC movies.

Just that transcode's PSU core mode (which is a very internal name of an
algorithm used internally by transcode to optimize A/V sync with NTCS
movies) is available only for VOB files copied to harddisk ;)

In general it's recommended to copy the DVD to harddisk with dvd::rip,
that's the default ripping mode.
