[dvd::rip] Problem with transcode without DVD - AVI only 2 kb

Hello,

i copied a title of one dvd to my harddisk for ripping/transcoding it later. So 
i don't have the dvd anymore. I saved the project.

Now, when i open the project and do "Transcode", all seems to went fine. But 
the second pass takes just about 10 seconds and the result is an AVI of only 2 
KB. But the log says all should be fine.

I have this problem not with all projects. but with two. I saved one of them as 
"untitled" - maybe something was overwritten automatically by dvd::rip with a 
new (unnamed) project?

Is it possible to manual transcode these VOB-files with the dvd::rip options 
(delete black parts and so on) from konsole?
