[dvd::rip] Forced Subtitles

I haven't checked the list in a little while, but it is good to see that
there were some positive responses to my forced subtitles request. It was
also good to see a patch created to add a forced subs flag to the extsub
transcode filter. I dug a little further and looked into the subtitleripper
cvs repository and found that there have been some patches since the last
release. Included in the patches was a patch adding a forced subs only flag
to subtitle2pgm. I haven't done any testing and have no idea if it works or
not, however, I wanted to attach the patch to this e-mail (includes all
changes since release). I made one adjustment to the patch file changing
-lppm to -lnetpbm in the Makefile so it would compile under my gentoo
system. Hopefully this will help in getting things pushed along a little
further in getting this put into dvdrip.
