No, it's lsdvd. Version 0.16 sometimes produces wrong output when
dumping the contents as a Perl data structure (as requested by
dvd::rip).

Downgrading to lsdvd 0.15 should help. I reported this issue already to
the author of lsdvd, but unfortunately didn't get any answer yet... :(
