[dvd::rip] installation 0.97.13 on debian

Hi List & Jörn,

guess I'm little late on testing the dvd::rip 0.97 series. Due to
bad weather I found time to install and test 0.97.13 today. :)

As mentioned earlier in this list dvd::rip is easy to install in a
modern linux distribution. Although the documentation on the website is
a little outdated. ;) That's why I want to leave some notes here about
the installation in debian/testing.

- fetched the dvd::rip.tgz
- ./configure complained about some missing dependencies
- additionally installed the following debian packages:
"gtk2-ex-formfactory-perl libevent-rpc-perl libevent-execflow-perl
anyevent-perl" (from http://www.debian-multimedia.org)
- make..
- started dvdrip and had fun :)

The workflow with the new design seems more intuitive than before.
Nice work Jörn and all who helped! Even the cool cluster daemon works
like a charme. :)
