AFAIK lxdvdrip and k9copy do a good job. But dvd::rip will support that
too in the near future. Quoting the current TODO list:

  THE BIG ONES ;):

  - add DVD authoring facility
  - add DVD 9->5 functionality
  - add VDR and TS input facility (TS demuxing)
  - add arbitrary file input facility

My plan is to add these features during the 0.99 branch.
