Yep, dvd::rip doesn't support transcode > 1.0.x. Output format of 
command line tools changed, dvd::rip currently can't parse them, the 
Division by zero error is likely due to that.

When transcode 1.1.x branch stabilizes, dvd::rip will be adjusted to 
support it, for now use transcode 1.0.2 with dvd::rip.
