Not yet. The only thing you can do for multiple titles is ripping 
(because it's somewhat time consuming and it would be stupid to sit an 
hour beside your PC and select one title after another just for ripping
them ;)

Applying settings to a title selection is currently not supported. It's
difficult to build a coherent user interface for that. As well at least
for some settings it wouldn't make much sense, e.g. Clip & Zoom, because
this depends on the image dimensions of each title.

So you have to set these parameters for all titles manually.

Later transcoding can be done by writing a small shell script invoking 
dvd::rip with the proper options, or by using the cluster mode, although
it's a bit sophisticated for that task.
