[dvd::rip] scan dvd problem

Hi,

I just installed dvd::rip from your site. 
When I try to scan a DVD under the Material Selection it flicks to scanning 
and right back at the speed of clicking the button, not detecting any title.

If helpful:
When I run 'dvdscan -scan-dvd' manually it works fine (as a user).
'dvdscan -scan-title 1' works too.


My system is running FC6 and KDE 3.5.5-0.2.fc6.

I added the missing Perl modules with CPAN and other needed programs with yum 
(Dries, Freshrpms and Newrpms).

I could not find any notes on it not working in either FAQ, documentation or 
the archive.
