Hmm, what everybody seem to be missing is when I say I am two screens in I 
really mean two screens in. There are no menu options or anything indicating 
any versions except for the copyright notice. There is no splash screen 
either.

I get a Welcome screen and then pressing Next I get Material Selection, as I 
noted earlier. At this point when I press Scan DVD I get nothing. It seems 
clear that unless I scan a DVD I'm dead in the water.

Unless you are releasing more than one (rpm) version per day, as I pointed out 
it was the latest version released last Tuesday. I don't know which version 
it was as I did not keep the rpm. Surely that should be enough to identify 
the version?
