Ok, this error message means, that an instance of the dvdrip-master 
program is running already. Probably the GUI was a bit impatient when 
starting it in the background and then gave you an error message 
(erroneously ;)

Look for a dvdrip-master process and kill it. Then start dvdrip-master 
again from the command line. It should work, if not you hopefully get a
proper error message why ;)
