[dvd::rip] Is there a way to start transcoding at minute 1 into the video?

Apologies if this question is answered somewhere in the documentation
but I searched and was unable to find anything or if I did find
something it was not clear.

Is there a way to start transcoding at minute 1 into the video? Or
stop transcoding before the end at a certain time?

If not I would like to request that feature.
