Yes indeed. Settings are only applied to the currently selected title. 
It's not trivial to apply all settings to multiple titles, because 
titles may differ in several ways (e.g. number of audio channels, 
subtitles etc.). But for some options (e.g. the video bitrate) this 
would be no problem and a big win. Noted on my TODO list ;)
