I think you df output doesn't matter - it's correct - but look at these
numbers ;)

Obviously dvd::rip is doing a fatal mistake in calculating the required
disk space, because 600 GB look seriously unreasonable to me ;)

What's your configuration of this rip? Copy or on-the-fly mode? Do you 
use chapter mode? Did you select multiple titles?
