Hello, i am new to this mailing list.

i am using dvd::rip 0.98.8

i used a already to hdd ripped dvd to transcode,
all gone fine on transcoding.
when i start the movie on a windows machine all seems fine, quality of mvie , quality of sound , all.
but when i skip to another position in movie sound is gone. and away.
this dont happen when i start film and let it play then sound stays. sound only goes away when skippimg to another position in movie.

i used ac3 soundformat in dvd::rip , if this is important.
any ideas why this happens ?

on windows the media player classic , reports something, that the movie is not prepared for sequential play. but plays movie fine.
but when skip some seconds sound is gone.
