Yup; just plain file copy. I'm not aware of creating the DVD image
otherwise. I noticed dvd::rip checks for the directory VIDEO_TS in the
image directory that you point to (if dvd::rip is unable to find
VIDEO_TS, it flags you so). But if the image is not created by plain
copy -- let's say it's an ISO image -- how would the VIDEO_TS be
present in the way dvd::rip expects it to be?

Please let me know if there exist other methods to create DVD image
other than plain file copy.
