Make sure the frame where the automatic clipping was performed wasn't one with
a lot of dark regions. Sometimes the autoclip gets confused. Select a
different frame, then 'grab frame' and 'apply preset values'. Also click the
third frame and manually move the borders if necessary.
In your case, you have full vertical resolution (480). The 352 is what you
got when most of the sides were clipped away.
