I've tried dvd::rip and I'm quite happy with it, but I have a question
or two. can dvd::rip run in cluster mode with multiple front-ends ?
for example, I have two workstations and half a dozen machines in the
cluster, each workstation can simultaneously rip a different dvd. can
they both send the jobs to the cluster within a few minutes time to be
finished?
I ripped a movie to .ogm with ffmpeg mpeg4 video and ac3 stream copy
audio. the movie is a little less than 2 hours, but the time is total
duration in vlc is displayed as 5:40:00 some odd hours. where might
that problem lie and how can I fix it ?
There's one more problem, but I can't remember what it is, I'll post
later if I remember. Thank you everyone for the responses!
